Stay happy for the long run – with professional maintenance of your LED wall.
LED walls should be inspected at regular maintenance intervals, even though the technology used is designed for low-maintenance long-term operation. Regular maintenance is particularly necessary under strong weather exposure and temperature fluctuations. Much like a periodic vehicle inspection, regular and professional maintenance of an LED wall often prevents material fatigue and thus functional impairments at an early stage.
The WALED maintenance contract comprises regular inspection of your LED wall for maximum longevity – including prioritised response to service requests and discounted spare parts.
What does maintenance involve?
Depending on the specification, local conditions, and the type of system operation, maintenance varies – but these are the basic maintenance steps:
- Visual inspection of the LED wall, front and rear
- Function check of the control software and hardware
- Intensive system test
- Inspection of the cabling, contact maintenance
- Cleaning (filters, fans, housing, surfaces)
- Digital homogenisation of the display surfaces where required
