The 5G class: same performance, a fraction of the cabling
The CX40 Pro is the MX40 Pro’s counterpart in the 5G ecosystem: identical image performance with HDR10/HLG, 240 Hz and cascadable genlock, but instead of 20 Gigabit lines, six 5-Gbps ports with rugged Neutrik connectors suffice – at 8 bit a single port carries around 2.59 million pixels. That significantly reduces cabling, points of failure and setup time; 5G receiving cards such as the XA50 Pro are required.
